OBDSTAR C4-08 (MB-VGS4-500-NAG2) Adapter Kit
Supported Functions
1. Support all vehicles with VGS4-500-NAG2 TCU of the FBS4 generation Mercedes-Benz;
2. Support solder-free virginizing of used TCM via JTAG mode, significantly lowering the technical skill barrier for users;
3. Support personalization (data transfer) via BENCH or OBD mode, achieving the same effect as TCM clone.
Advanced Functions
1. Custom positioning board for precise and secure drilling access to the control unit, more accurate installation and smoother follow-up operations;
2. No advanced soldering skills required—even beginners can perform professional-level repairs with ease, eliminating the risk of damaging the control module or solder boards, while achieving fast and reliable results;
3. Used together with the custom drill head and a handheld drill, the TCM can be easily opened with minimal exterior damage;
4. High-precision custom board enabling safe, solder-free read/write operations—ensuring reliable data access and operational safety.
Note
1. Need to be used with MP001 multifunctional programmer;
2. All of the above accessories are required for completing TCM virginizing, and none can be omitted;
3. If you already have the TCM-012 and Converter V2, you do not need to purchase them again, It can be used with the existing adapter directly or connected via a jumper wire.
